I love finding old furniture to rescue and restore and with so many fun thrift stores in and around Fairfax, there are always new treasures to be found. Whether you are looking for vintage items, antique furniture, dishes, home goods, electronics, clothing or art work, chances are you can find some good stuff at the thrift store! Also, your purchases help support local organizations and charities that rely on these funds for their programs.

Oh, and did you know there is actually a National Thrift Store Day? Yep! This year it is Saturday, August 17, 2019.
